As the VLE Project ended on 30 April 2024, a new interim structure has been put in place to cover the period from May 2024 to May 2025.

VLE Interim Structure showing how the three working groups (training and communications, technical operations, and functional changes) feed into the VLE Management Board, which in turn feeds into FLTAC and 亿万富翁娱乐城TAC and is governed by DGSC and EC. The entire structure is facilitated by the Community of Practice and Learning Technology Forum
