1. If you know your password, click  and log in to our Call Management System (Log in to the Self-Service Portal). From here you will be able to view information on what IT Services are available at ���������ֳ�, and if required, you can log a call.
2. If you have forgotten your password and have registered for “Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)” , you can use this system to reset your password.
3. You can send an email to service.desk@ul.ie
